Your Role is to …

• Clean returning portable catering equipment in readiness for engineering and testing as required.
• Carry out repairs of equipment as and when required.
• As required, clean or support of other portable buildings and commercial kitchens.
• Be adaptable to support any other Operational department as and when required.
• Be prepared to support operations offsite as and when required.
• Highlight any issues or damage found in and around units to the quay supervisor.
• Complete all works to quality standards and SWP’s set out by PKL.
• Be an active part of the team with Health and safety.
• Look after all PPE and report any issues or damages.
• Be fully up to date with all processes and H/S requirements.
• Complete all documentation in a proper and timely manner.
• Keep your working area and yard clean and clear.
