Cleaning Specialist (Residential & Commercial Cleaning)

Job Summary

AllDone Services Pte. Ltd. seeks dedicated Cleaning Specialists to deliver high-quality cleaning for residential and commercial properties across Singapore, ensuring cleanliness standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning for residential and commercial properties, including offices, retail shops, condominiums, landed properties, and HDB units
• Execute deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning to restore and maintain property condition
• Operate vacuum cleaners, mops, dusters, and sanitizing equipment to clean assigned areas effectively
• Apply cleaning chemicals safely and correctly following company guidelines to ensure hygiene and safety
• Maintain high cleanliness standards to meet customer expectations and company service quality
• Adhere to company safety procedures and service standards consistently during cleaning tasks
• Work independently and responsibly to complete assigned duties on time at various locations across Singapore

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling
• Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks safely and efficiently
• Punctuality and ability to work independently with a responsible attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures and standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in post-renovation cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or deep cleaning services
• Previous work experience in the cleaning industry
