Cleaning Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple teams of cleaners across various cleaning projects and sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained and contractual requirements are met.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, site representatives, and stakeholders on operational matters.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the performance, attendance, and productivity of cleaning staff.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety requirements, and tender specifications.
• Plan manpower deployment and provide operational support when required.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.
• Conduct on-site training and coaching to ensure service quality standards are consistently achieved.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and above.
• WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning Supervision or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or related industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Familiar with workplace safety requirements and cleaning industry best practices.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to different work locations across Singapore.
