Roles & Responsiblities

Supports logistic/sales team by performing admin tasks related to the pet's move.

  • Answering incoming phone calls and taking down messages or transferring call to the correct person-in-charge.
  • Provides administrative support.
  • Prepare invoice, memo and forms.
  • Prepare schedule of works, documents for respective shipment.
  • Application of documentation online and ensure accuracy entries
  • Carries out administrative duties such as quotations, invoicing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ordering.

Requirements

  • Ability to have contact with dogs and cats
  • Working in pet friendly enviroments
  • Responsible and meticulous in application entry
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Dedicated team player and resourceful.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • ITE / 'N' / 'O' Levels qualification; additional qualifications or experiences will be a plus
