Client Accounts Coordinator

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Client\nAccounts Coordinator to join our growing education consultancy team.
<\/p>

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student\nfee recoveries, payment plans, receivables tracking, and query resolution\ncoordination between students, colleges, and internal departments.

?<\/span><\/span><\/b> Key Responsibilities:
<\/span><\/b>\u2022 Manage student fee collections and outstanding recoveries<\/div>
\u2022 Prepare coordinate and monitor student payment plans.
<\/div>
\u2022 Handle and resolve queries from students, colleges, and internal teams
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain daily Query Management Sheet (QMS) with proper categorization and\ntracking
<\/div>
\u2022 Ensure timely response and resolution within defined TAT
<\/div>
\u2022 Follow up on overdue accounts and prioritize receivables from clients and\ninstitutes.
<\/div>
\u2022 Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain accurate financial and communication records
<\/div>

✔<\/span> Maintain 90%+ query resolution rate

✔<\/span> Ensure accurate and daily QMS reporting
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022 Strong English communication and coordination skills
<\/div>
\u2022 Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets
<\/div>
\u2022 Experience in accounts receivable, recovery, or coordination roles preferred
<\/div>
\u2022 Ability to manage multiple follow\-ups and maintain accurate records
<\/div>
\u2022 Education consultancy experience will be an added advantage
<\/div>
