Client Accounts Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and follow up with prospective and existing clients, recommend suitable professional services, and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • Manage client projects and service applications from initial enquiry and contract signing through document collection, follow-up, and completion.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, respond to enquiries, explain service processes and document requirements, and provide regular progress updates.

  • Collect and review client information and supporting documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and in line with company requirements.

  • Prepare service agreements, application documents, invoices, and other relevant documentation, and follow up on signatures, document submissions, and payments.

  • Coordinate with clients, internal consultants, external partners, and relevant parties to ensure projects and services are completed on time.

  • Maintain accurate client records and databases, handle feedback and service-related issues, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

  • Outgoing, proactive, and customer-focused, with good commercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.

  • Strong organisational, documentation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.

  • Relevant experience in consultancy, professional services, account management, business development, sales, project coordination, or application processing would be an advantage
