You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Works directly with admits. Conducts interviews and assists with filling out public assistance applications and forms.
- Assist new admits with applying for Medicaid through the Marketplace.
- Negotiates with various agencies to assist clients in obtaining necessary IDs, mandate letters, employment letters, etc.
- Completes paperwork for all clients receiving SSA benefits to ensure PH is payee.
- Complete SSP paperwork to get full budget payments for SSA clients.
- Processes all mail-in recertification applications and coordinates face-to-face recertification appointments for HRA clients.
- Assist patients if they have Medicaid Restrictions.
