Job Description

Are you a change champion with a knack for inspiring others? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to guide them through transformative journeys, ensuring they embrace new processes, systems, and strategies with confidence and enthusiasm. Your success will be predicated on client satisfaction, timelines, achievement of transformation goals, change adoption rates, innovation and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their unique goals and challenges, crafting tailored transformation strategies that deliver results. Projects may include new tools, new technologies, new clients, and/or new services.

  • Provide top-notch guidance to client leadership teams and employees, empowering them to navigate change with confidence.

  • Lead engaging workshops, training sessions, and meetings that bring change initiatives to life.

  • Keep a pulse on project progress, proactively addressing any obstacles and ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting industry leading best practices and innovative approaches.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to partner.

  • Deliver insightful reports and presentations that highlight success and future opportunities.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, cutting-edge solutions to our stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus!

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business transformation, change management, or a related consulting role.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and achieve successful outcomes.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking

  • In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance metrics to drive success.

  • Prosci certification is highly preferred
