Client Coordinator

The Client Coordinator for the National Warehouse Lending (NWL) division is responsible for processing new applications and renewals of current customers. This individual will act as a liaison between clients and the other warehouse lending internal departments.

  1. Process applications and renewal of current customers.
  2. Submits approvals for required approver parties, ensuring final signatures are obtained.
  3. Assist in preparing legal documents, ensuring everything is received by due date and obtaining all required signatures, and sending fully executed documents to clients.
  4. Post approval process - keeping multiple databases and excel spreadsheets updated
  5. Works closely with RM’s, Credit and CSG to ensure all renewals are completed by target date and making any necessary adjustments along the way.
  6. Liaison for MERS and obtaining yearly agreements and signatures.
  7. Scanning documents to retention system
  8. Completes file reviews for all deals as well as a yearly for all clients.
  9. Manages pipeline and coordinates term sheet packages, credit approval submissions, packages.
  10. Collects and reviews Insurance policies and updates all systems.
  11. Coordinates schedules/calendars for staff, management, and executive management.
  12. Act as a liaison between the clients and NWL Operations, Relationship Manger, Credit Administration and Management.
  13. Prepare daily & monthly reports for NWL department
  14. Issues good standing/reference letters.
  15. Processes warehouse verifications.
  16. Back up to Senior Client Coordinator(s) as needed and
  17. Cross training in all areas of the credit processing department
  18. Other duties or projects assigned.
  • High School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.
  • 2 or more years of experience in administrative role or related field of expertise.
  • Basic knowledge of residential mortgage (FHA, VA, and/or conventional) lending, processing, funding, and/or loan documents is strongly preferred. Knowledge of automated underwriting systems such as Delegated Underwriting and/or Loan Prospect a plus.
  • Must be detail oriented and exhibit the ability to read, input and translate data with extreme accuracy.
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets via Microsoft Office products as well as custom applications and systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
