The CIO Office Client Engagement function is responsible for bringing Julius Baer’s investment capabilities and the CIO Office value proposition to life through high-quality client-facing materials, formats, and experiences. The role plays a key part in enabling sales efforts, supporting campaigns and product initiatives, and promoting discretionary solutions through consistent and impactful communication.

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive client engagement and marketing activities within the CIO Office, ensuring CIO initiatives and content are effectively activated across channels to support client conversations and commercial outcomes.

The Client Engagement Specialist acts as a key point of contact for priority client materials and initiatives, providing expertise on communication formats and activation strategies, and collaborates closely with portfolio managers, investment analysts, and client-facing teams to ensure relevance and strong sales enablement.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Shape and execute CIO-aligned marketing and engagement initiatives, translating investment strategy and insights into client-relevant communication that supports sales and promotes discretionary solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging content formats (e.g., newsletters, presentations, videos, webcasts, podcasts, events, digital content) to strengthen client discussions and sales conversations
  • Produce, maintain and update high-quality client-facing materials and formats to actively promote discretionary solutions and investment insights
  • Run marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring effective positioning and adoption of discretionary offerings
  • Monitor engagement, collect feedback, and track usage metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and commercial impact
  • Contribute to the implementation of new tools and formats, including digital solutions and AI, to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Coordinate multi-channel content distribution (intranet, CRM, web, etc.) to maximize reach, engagement, and usage
  • Stay current on market trends and the competitive landscape to shape content and marketing strategy
  • Support internal education efforts and special projects that drive business growth

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in marketing, business management, finance or equivalent field
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
  • 2-5 years of experience in delivering product marketing and client-facing content in a bank, asset manager or related financial services providers
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts into clear, engaging, and client‑friendly messaging
  • Proven experience in content creation and multi-channel communication
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable impact
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate within a cross‑functional environment
  • Proactive, creative and driven individual with a can-do mindset
  • Exceptional English and German written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented working style
  • Willingness to drive innovation and improve processes, including effective use of technology/data/AI to increase quality, consistency, and speed
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
