The Role
Get in the thick of it on a major account - bringing campaigns to life across a diverse mix of sponsorships and always-on activity.
You’ll be hands-on with implementation and buying, working closely with your team to make sure everything launches smoothly and delivers exactly as planned.
This is a fast-moving role where you’ll build your skills quickly, own your piece of the puzzle, and see your work hit the market in real time.
Key Accountabilities:
Be at the centre of delivery, keeping campaigns and sponsorships running smoothly end to end
Support briefs, implementation, and reporting to ensure seamless execution every time
Own media buying across channels, making sure campaigns land exactly as planned
Stay across the detail, from media plans and specs to timelines and deliverables
Build strong relationships with media partners to maximise every opportunity
Use tools and data to track performance, optimise activity, and sharpen results
Work closely with offshore teams to keep output accurate, efficient, and on time
Keep finances and queries in check, ensuring everything is invoiced correctly and resolved quickly
What You Will Bring:
1–2 years in a media agency, with hands-on experience across integrated campaigns
A solid understanding of the Australian media landscape across broadcast and digital
Confidence building relationships and working with a wide range of people
A proactive attitude with the drive to learn fast and take ownership
The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced, always-moving environment
Sharp attention to detail and pride in getting the basics right every time
Strong time management, balancing multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Genuine interest in the category and curiosity to understand what drives performance
