The Vibe and Impact You Will Create

  • The Ultimate Brand Ambassador: You will set the tone the moment anyone walks through our doors or calls our facility. Your poise, professionalism, and demeanor will define the experience.
  • Traffic Controller: You will manage the pulse of the building—seamlessly routing high-volume phone traffic, coordinating logistics, and ensuring communication between our parts, service, and support teams flows flawlessly.
  • Curator of the Environment: Take personal pride in ensuring all meeting spaces, common areas, and client-facing zones maintain an immaculate, high-standard presentation.
  • Event & Experience Specialist: From VIP customer visits to internal team engagement events, you will be the logistical mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Client Experience: Elevate every touchpoint for visitors and employees, delivering an intentional, welcoming, and premium concierge experience.
  • Operational Coordination: Act as the central communications hub, managing phone traffic and directing inquiries across service, parts, and training divisions with speed and precision.
  • Administrative Support: Supports the daily flow of the Product Support Headquarters through high-level scheduling, meeting preparation, and facility logistics, while providing administrative and coordination support to operational leaders, up to and including the Vice President of Product Support.
  • Business Support Execution: Maintain the precision of our operational documentation, including assisting with work orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly identifying ways to improve facility workflow, team communication, and the overall front-of-house experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality Professional: You have a proven track record (2+ years) delivering exceptional service in hospitality, premium retail, upscale guest services, or a high-touch corporate environment.
  • Master Communicator: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and an innate ability to connect with diverse personalities.
  • Thrives in the Fast Lane: You can operate in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities seamlessly without losing your composure.
  • Obsessively Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail, whether it's managing complex schedules, tracking invoices, or ensuring a conference room is perfectly curated.
  • Tech-Savvy: You lean into modern tools and systems, with the capability to master internal corporate databases and platforms quickly.

Working Conditions

  • Active, dynamic role based in our modern, indoor Product Support Headquarters.
  • Requires the ability to maintain high energy, move throughout the facility, manage front-of-house aesthetics
  • Lift/move up to 25 lbs. as needed for event setup or office supply logistics.
  • Requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
  • Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.
  • Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
