  4. Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle client concerns or scheduling changes with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.

  5. Shop Maintenance: Ensure the reception and retail areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

  6. Administrative Support: Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate with the grooming team to ensure a smooth daily flow.
