Position Summary:<\/span> <\/b>

The Client Regional Coordinator (North Queensland / South Queensland) will work under general
<\/div>
<\/div>
direction to manage and control their respective service regions. This role requires the application of
<\/div>
<\/div>
skills and knowledge gained through qualifications and/or previous experience and involves
<\/div>
<\/div>
supervising various functions within the work area. The Client Regional Coordinators are
<\/div>
<\/div>
responsible for the performance and compliance of their allocated region, contributing to the
<\/div>
<\/div>
development of work methods and setting outcomes.

<\/div> - 4\-year degree + 1 year relevant experience, or<\/span>

<\/li> - Associate diploma + relevant experience, or
<\/li> - No formal qualification but significant relevant experience

<\/div> 2. Work Experience:
<\/div> - Minimum 2 years as a team leader or in a support management role within the NDIS sector<\/span>
<\/li> <\/ul>
<\/div> 3. NDIS Knowledge:
<\/div> - Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, statutory requirements, and related organisational policies<\/span>
<\/li> <\/ul>
<\/div> 4. Skills:
<\/div> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong multitasking, problem\-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
<\/li> - Leadership and team management skills
