Client Relations Officer
The Client Relations Officer oversees the entirety of the administrative process \nrequired to issue or amend trade licenses while answering all related inquiries by \nprofessional partners and clients. The role requires monitoring the CRM system \nand checking information accuracy to ensure processes run smoothly and \napplications are processed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Providing clients and professional partners with license\-related information in \nline with organizational time\-frames and guidelines
<\/span><\/li>- Issuing quotes and providing license\-related documentation to clients and \nprofessional partners
<\/span><\/li>- Monitoring and updating the CRM system regularly when managing a \nportfolio of work
<\/span><\/li>- Accurately analyzing the content of all documentation such as passports, \napplication forms and resolutions
<\/span><\/li>- Responding to all partners\u2019 and clients\u2019 emails and queries on a range of \nscenarios faced by licensees
<\/span><\/li>- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring IFZA\u2019s reputation \nand integrity is maintained
<\/span><\/li>- Fostering long\-lasting business relationships with clients and professional \npartners
<\/span><\/li>- Handling complaints and finding optimal solutions to ensure clients\u2019 happiness \nand retention
<\/span><\/li>- Operating closely with sales, finance, and renewals departments
<\/span><\/li>- Performing other job\-related duties as assigned by Management
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Full English proficiency is required
<\/span><\/li>- Additional spoken languages are a plus
<\/span><\/li>- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively \non phone calls, via email, and during sporadic face\-to\-face interactions
<\/span><\/li>- Strong attention to details<\/span>
<\/li>- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is \nadvantageous
