Client Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own and strengthen key client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, long‑term satisfaction, and account growth. Acting as a trusted partner, the CRM aligns client needs with Dynata’s solutions, resolves issues quickly, and ensures every project runs smoothly from commissioning to completion.

In this role, you’ll support strategic clients across the region, lead high‑visibility research projects, and act as an extension of the client’s core team. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales, Professional Services, and Panel teams to deliver flawless execution, drive continuous improvement, and champion best practices.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, has strong research and project management experience, and excels at problem‑solving, communication, and building trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary operational contact and escalation point for assigned accounts

  • Build strong, long‑term client relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction

  • Lead and oversee complex research projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

  • Provide consultative support on methodology, sampling, questionnaires, and data quality

  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales on account development

  • Troubleshoot delivery challenges and drive practical, solutions‑focused outcomes

  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge‑sharing across teams

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes, elevate service levels, and contribute to new solution development

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of recent experience in quantitative online market research experience, including competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation (MR agency side).

  • 5+ years of experience in business environment.

  • 5+ years project management experience.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

  • Strong client‑facing communication and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience with SPSS, Decipher, ConfirmIt, CMix, or MarketSight is a plus.
