Position Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>\n

\n The <\/span><\/span> Client Relationship\n Officer will be responsible for developing and managing\n relationships with clients and referrals sources in their region\n which generate leads for new client prospects in all of Point\n Care\u2019s business channels. The Client Relationship Officer will\n be the first point of contact for all referrals and leads\n generated from sales and marketing programs and will be\n responsible for working with Client Service Managers to assess\n suitability and manage prospects through to the intake stage.\n <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

Key\n Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n Generate and convert leads through sales and\n marketing initiatives.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n \n Maintain\n and build relationships with existing participants, Support\n Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health\n Professionals.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • \n
    \n \n Identify\n and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS\n sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships\n with key stakeholders, \n including NDIS planners, support coordinators,\n and participants.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>
      \n ∙<\/span>\n <\/span><\/span> NDIS\n sales, client relationship or business development experience is a\n pre\-requisite.
      <\/span> \n ∙<\/span>\n <\/span><\/span> Highly\n success focussed.
      <\/span> \n ∙<\/span>\n <\/span><\/span> Able to\n work autonomously and prioritise workload to achieve maximum\n efficiency.
      <\/span> ∙<\/span>\n <\/span><\/span> Must be\n able to travel throughout the region for work.
      <\/span>\n ∙<\/span>\n <\/span><\/span> Exemplary\n communication skills<\/span><\/div>
