Client Service Manager

This is a remote position.

Works directly with clinics and clinicians as support staff to mediate any questions clients have about orders, opportunities and their relationship with KevinRoot Medical. You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various KevinRoot Medical clients serving a business-to-business role.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicates directly with clients during sales and order calls
  • Emails clinic about order, shipping or processing issues
  • Answers questions from clinics and clinicians
  • Handles and notifies client requests and inquiries
  • Ensures that client orders are being processed

Requirements

  • Previous business-to-business experience within a hospital or healthcare field preferred
  • Comfortable English communicator and writer
  • Quality office-home setup
  • Quality computer camera and microphone
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, or Google Docs and Sheets
  • Charismatic, patient and socially aware
  • Reliable and trustworthy
