Client Services Executive
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Manage day\-to\-day communication and ensure timely responses and approvals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Convert signed proposals into internal execution briefs and align with content, editorial, and production teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Monitor deadlines and follow up proactively to ensure smooth delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Review deliverables before publishing to ensure accuracy in format, tagging, captions, and overall quality.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Support in preparing mid\-campaign updates and final performance reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Keep tracking sheets and documentation clean, updated, and organized.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
1\u20133 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or digital media operations (agency or publisher background preferred).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Strong communication and email etiquette.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Excellent organization and time management skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Ability to manage multiple live campaigns and follow structured processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Understanding of social media publishing formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok, tagged content, boosting basics).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>A proactive mindset with strong follow\-up discipline and ownership mentality.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
