Client Services Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial objectives and deliver personalized investment strategies and product solutions.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through trust, discretion, and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with internal investment, legal, tax, and product teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Prepare client reports, attend regular review meetings, and provide updates on portfolio performance and market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
