Client Success Specialist (Chinese/English)
You will deliver high-quality support through official WOO X channels, communicate clearly and empathetically to help users navigate products and resolve issues, collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing to escalate feedback and improve the experience, educate users on features and security best practices, maintain accurate records and follow up for resolution, identify common pain points and propose enhancements, and uphold service and communication standards across customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality responsive support through official support channels
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to help users navigate products and resolve issues
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing to escalate user feedback and improve experience
- Educate users about new features, updates, and security best practices
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Identify common user pain points and propose enhancements
- Uphold service and communication standards across customer touchpoints
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Customer Success in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading platforms and user needs
- Empathetic and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently in a global, fast-paced remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or community management platforms
