Client Support Agent (24/7 Shift Rotation)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Client Support Agent <\/b><\/span>(24/7 Shift Rotation)<\/b> <\/span>to join our team!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

This role will be based on a rotating shift pattern including Night Shifts and occasional Weekends. Shifts are 8 hours with a 30\-minute break, working 5 shifts per week plus 1 weekend shift (as needed). Night shift is 6 hours only.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Your role at HFM:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Respond to client inquiries \u2013 handle incoming calls, emails and chat\nmessages in a timely and professional manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding\nproducts, services and technical support.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide\nproduct information and assistance \- educate clients on the features, benefits,\npromotions, and usage of products and services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Offer\nguidance and troubleshoot support to assist clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate\nwith cross\-functional teams to address clients\u2019 needs and resolve complex\nissues.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Escalate\ncomplex or unresolved issues to the appropriate person or Manager.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Identify\nareas for improvement and share suggestions and feedback with the team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Must be able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation including occasional\nweekends.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • University Degree or relevant working experience (customer support or\nHORECA roles).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Native or near\-native proficiency\nin English. Any additional language will be considered\nan advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Basic Computer skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated ability to excel in fast\-paced environments, effectively\nmanaging multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of\nprecision and composure under pressure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
