📌 Job Scope:

As a Clinical Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

1️⃣ Registering Patients

2️⃣ Taking Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Temperature Measurements

3️⃣ Screening for Presenting Complaints

4️⃣ Assessing Eligibility for Government Subsidies (SFL/HSG/CHAS/PG/MG/Medisave/Flexi/TPA/Insurance), performing claims and updating patient profiles accordingly

5️⃣ Dispensing Medications

6️⃣ Performing ECGs

7️⃣ Collection of Payment

8️⃣Attending to phone call enquiries

9️⃣ Managing Patients' Expectations On-Site

🔟 Dispatching Blood Tests

Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic at all times and other ad hoc duties
