Clinic Assistant
Patient Care and Interaction:
• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Obtain and record patient medical history and consent forms.
• Prepare patients for treatments and assist during procedures as needed.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up communication.
Clinical Support:
• Assist medical professionals with aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical procedures.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Administrative Duties:
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
• Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing information about services offered.
• Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
Product Knowledge and Sales:
• Educate patients about skincare products and post-treatment care items.
• Assist in the promotion and sale of skincare products and aesthetic packages.
• Maintain inventory of products and supplies, ensuring availability and proper stock levels.
Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the clinic manager or medical director promptly.
