Clinic Assistant for Medical Clinic (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Patients Registration
• Preparing and Dispensing medications
• Payment collection
• Chaperone / assist the doctors (if necessary)
• Manned the clinic counters & administrative duties
• Handles clinic stocks and inventory
• Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, weight, administering urine test, vision test etc.)

Requirements:

• Min “N” level or equivalent, must be able to work independently with min supervision
• Work on Monday to Thursday (9am to 5pm), Friday (9am to 2pm).
• Min. 2 years of experience working in medical clinic
• Must be able to converse in English and liaise with Mandarin speaking patients
• Computer literate.
• Able to start work immediately.
