Clinic Assistant (Patient Service & Clinical Support)

Job Description:

Clinic Assistants support patient service, treatment programme management, and clinical operations under doctor supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments and ensuring treatment frequency follows the doctor-prescribed regimen.

Clinics are located island-wide, including Central Area medical centres next to MRT stations such as Scotts Medical Centre, Novena Medical Centre, and Raffles Place.

诊所分布于全岛多个地点，包括靠近地铁站的市中心医疗中心。

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient reception and appointment coordination

- Treatment programme scheduling based on doctor instructions

- Assisting doctors during consultations and treatments

- Supporting medical and wellness therapies, including post-treatment care

- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical hygiene

- Updating patient records and supporting daily clinic operations

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE O-Level or Polytechnic Diploma

- Preferably in medical, allied health, biomedical, or hospitality fields

- Medical clinic experience preferred

- Willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment
