Job Summary

Join our team as a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, assist doctors, and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, triaging, medication dispensing, payment collection, and claim submission to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinical procedures, including performing simple procedures such as ECGs
• Provide administrative support across clinic operations to maintain efficient workflow and patient service
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic environment to uphold hygiene standards
• Monitor and replenish clinic stock to ensure availability of necessary supplies
• Respond to patient enquiries and provide chaperone support during consultations
• Adapt to assigned shifts and locations, including weekends and public holidays, to meet clinic needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support clinic functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinic experience in a GP clinic setting is advantageous
• Relevant healthcare-related qualifications and/or experience are advantageous
• Proactive learner with hands-on approach to tasks
• Ability to multitask with diligence, speed, and accuracy under pressure
• Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and high integrity
