We are a group of established medical clinics seeking responsible and service-oriented Clinic Executives / Assistants to support our doctors and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front-desk and receptionist services

  • Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures

  • Prepare, dispense, and manage medications accurately

  • Perform basic patient tests (e.g. urine tests) where required

  • Ensure accurate clinical data entry into the clinic management system

  • Handle payments, billing, and proper documentation

  • Prepare and submit corporate and government claims

  • Monitor medication and supply levels; prompt replenishment when required

  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness

  • Manage appointments, filing systems, and general administrative duties

  • Carry out other clinic-related duties as assigned by doctors

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage

  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow clinical protocols

  • Able to commit to clinic shift hours
