We are a group of established medical clinics seeking responsible and service-oriented Clinic Executives / Assistants to support our doctors and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional front-desk and receptionist services
Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures
Prepare, dispense, and manage medications accurately
Perform basic patient tests (e.g. urine tests) where required
Ensure accurate clinical data entry into the clinic management system
Handle payments, billing, and proper documentation
Prepare and submit corporate and government claims
Monitor medication and supply levels; prompt replenishment when required
Maintain clinic cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness
Manage appointments, filing systems, and general administrative duties
Carry out other clinic-related duties as assigned by doctors
Requirements
Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and follow clinical protocols
Able to commit to clinic shift hours
