Responsibilities
Provides administrative support and performs clerical duties to ensure proper and accurate record keeping of all activities associated with the Department of Medicine.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years secretarial experience in a health care field
- Physician credentialing experience preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and e-mail skills
- Must be familiar with general office equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Managerial, Communication, Analytical and Organizational skills
- Ability to secure confidential matters
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
