Clinic Receptionist (Central Location / Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in inquiries
- Perform cashiering duties such as billing, payment collection (cash, card, and digital payments), and issuing receipts
- Prepare and process invoices accurately, including insurance claims and relevant documentation
- Maintain proper records of daily transactions, patient visits, and financial reports
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in verifying patient details, updating medical records, and maintaining confidentiality
- Support basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, stock checks, and inventory coordination
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, experience in any clinic setting will be a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients
- Minimum O levels education qualification
