Clinic Service & Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk
• Attend to client enquiries and appointment bookings
• Manage appointment confirmations and reminders
• Provide professional customer service
• Handle payments and basic cashiering duties
• Assist with client flow and front desk operations
Administration & Coordination
• Perform day-to-day administrative and coordination duties
• Maintain records, invoices, receipts, and other clinic documents
• Assist with inventory monitoring and stock organisation
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers
• Assist with data entry and operational record keeping
• Support livestream activities, online order fulfilment, and adhoc coordination tasks when required
Clinic Operations & Upkeep
• Prepare treatment rooms and materials before appointments
• Operate basic skin analysis and diagnostic equipment after training
• Assist with stock arrangement and clinic readiness
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the clinic
• Support general operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
Requirements
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
• Able to speak, read, and write English and Chinese
• Minimum GCE O Level qualification preferred
• Applicants without formal qualifications may also be considered based on relevant work experience and overall suitability for the role
• Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, and basic digital systems
• Organised, responsible, and service-oriented
• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
• Maintains a professional standard of personal grooming, hygiene, and presentation suitable for a customer-facing clinic environment
• Good attention to detail and able to keep workspaces neat and orderly
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
• 5.5 day work week.
