Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.

Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

  • Plans, implements and evaluates clinical education programs.
  • Serves as an educational consultant to facilities, task forces, committees and projects.
  • Provides information of effectiveness as a staff development educator.
  • Responds to changes in nursing practive and develops programs to support those changes.
  • Participates in the selection, evaluation and coaching of Residents.

Shift: 8am - 4pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements

Required

  • Oregon RN License
  • BSN
  • Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation

Preferred

  • MSN
  • Ten (10) years clinical experience
  • Five (5) years leadership and/or supervisory experience
  • Five (5) years clinical teaching experience including simulation
