Clinical Psychologist

  • 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon-Fri); 8:30am – 1:00pm (Sat)

  • Monthly salary: Up to $6500 + good benefits

A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to joint heir expanding team in to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across diverse age groups and clinical presentations. The suitable candidate will lead in the set-up of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in the set-up of the clinic from writing SOPs to ensuring the efficient running of the practice.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using clinical interviews, psychometric tests, and behavioural observations.
  • Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with DSM-5 or ICD-11 criteria.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counselling interventions such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and case notes.
  • Prepare psychological reports for medical, educational, or workplace purposes where required.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, allied health professionals, and community partners.
  • Participate in case conferences, supervision, and clinical discussions.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients, caregivers, and organisations.
  • Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards set by relevant regulatory and professional bodies in Singapore.
  • Support programme development, workshops, outreach initiatives, and clinical research where applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognised institution.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society Registered Psychologist programme and/or recognised by relevant healthcare institutions in Singapore.
  • Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or specialised populations is an advantage.
  • Experience in hospitals, clinics, schools, rehabilitation centres, or private practice settings preferred.
