As a Clinical Psychologist, GS-13, you will serve in a detention facility staffed by the ICE Health Services Corp, providing care for detainees in ICE Custody. You will perform the following duties: Screen and interview patients, and perform bio-psychological social evaluations. Conduct therapy, monitor, approve, and document all treatment planning. Analyze clinical assessments of patients by reviewing and diagnosing the appropriate modality of each patient. Develop treatment processes and procedures for orientation of patients and evaluate overall effectiveness of therapeutic efforts, and institute changes to increase effectiveness of therapeutic efforts. Independently plan and carry out assigned duties in accordance with generally accepted psychological theories, techniques, and professional practice standards with full professional responsibility.
