Clinical Relations & Education Specialist - Nordics

Our mission is to develop and execute high-quality clinical education programs while supporting strategic clinical relations to drive clinical confidence, adoption, and growth across the market.

As a Clinical Relations and Education Specialist, you are responsible for independent program execution with relationship development. You will work closely with your manager to support universities, faculty, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), while contributing to regional education strategy and cross-functional initiatives. You will drive adoption and growth, build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s Clinical Protocols, Digital Innovations across the iTero Platform and the ClinCheck® Software.

The role sits at the intersection of education delivery, program management, and clinical relations development, with increasing ownership and influence across the Nordics region.
  • Support the management of strategic relationships with Clinical Speakers, Universities, KOL’s Advisory Boards and External Partnerships in collaboration with your manager
  • Contribute to the Identification and develop of new clinical speakers as well as existing speakers
  • Plan, implement and drive Invisalign and iTero University Programmes
  • Lead and execute universities Clinical Education Programmes
  • Contribute to regional education matrix and education pathway to drive clinical confidence and digital workflows amongst our customers
  • Plan and manage our education calendar in line with our strategy and in collaboration with our marketing team
  • Contribute to clinical education content, e.g. implementation of clinical education strategies and programs that drive growth and loyalty
  • Review clinical content on central projects basis. Assist with material review for marketing/sales purposes material for marketing/sales purposes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers to drive doctor engagement activities including LMR’s, Research, External Publications and Large Events
  • Collaborate with EMEA ClinEd & Relations as well as CL Trainer to drive projects and local team training.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD or equivalent), dentist or master’s degree related to Orthodontics (preferred)
  • Typically, 4–6 years of directly related experience
    Experience in clinical education, program delivery, or professional relations
  • Fluent in (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and English; Additional languages a plus
