Clinical Sales Specialist (MDS / Post-Acute)
Clinical Sales Specialist (MDS / Post-Acute)
Location: NYC (Hybrid)
Our Company
Anthuria is transforming senior living with AI. Our platform leverages large language models to turn dense clinical documents into clear, actionable insights—improving patient care, reimbursement, and workflow efficiency. Built within the TriEdge family office, we are already deployed across 10+ states.
We’re building the first AI operating system designed specifically for skilled nursing and post-acute workflows—uniting teams and data across care, finance, and compliance. At Anthuria, we value candor, curiosity, and client-first execution. This is a rare chance to bring groundbreaking technology to the bedside and directly impact patient care across the country.
The Role
We’re hiring a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive our revenue execution on the front lines. You will own the full sales lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise SNF operators, acting as the critical bridge between our AI technology and the daily realities of post-acute care.
Because our solutions deeply impact clinical documentation and compliance, we are looking for someone with profound, firsthand knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) and post-acute reimbursement. You will leverage this clinical expertise to demonstrate exactly how Anthuria improves acuity capture, reduces workflow friction, and unites care teams.
You Will
Own the full sales cycle: Lead deals from initial outbound outreach to signed contract across SNF and assisted living operators.
Leverage Clinical Expertise: Connect the dots between Anthuria’s AI capabilities and facility pain points around MDS, PDPM, and clinical compliance to drive undeniable financial and operational ROI.
Drive growth channels: Execute outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, attend industry conferences, and build local referral partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product and Clinical teams to tailor demos, refine messaging, and translate our value proposition into language that resonates with Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and MDS Coordinators.
Negotiate and close: Lead pricing, proposal, and contract conversations with empathy, speed, and precision.
Inform the roadmap: Surface field learnings, feature requests, and customer workflow insights to guide our product strategy.
Champion customer success: Ensure smooth handoffs to the implementation team to support long-term customer value and retention.
You Are
Have deep, firsthand knowledge of the SNF/post-acute market, specifically regarding MDS workflows, PDPM, and clinical documentation requirements. (Former MDS Coordinators, RNs, or clinical consultants transitioning into sales are highly encouraged to apply.)
Have 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS/tech sales experience, OR a strong clinical consulting background with a proven aptitude and hunger for direct sales.
Know how to navigate healthcare operator structures and speak confidently to both clinical leaders and financial stakeholders.
Are a strong communicator who can simplify complex AI and workflow tech for diverse audiences.
Are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in an agile, early-stage environment where you manage your own pipeline.
Care deeply about solving real-world problems that improve care delivery and reduce operational chaos for nurses.
