  • 6-8 years of experience as Automation Specialist or equivalent.
  • Must have skills:
  1. Automation through Python/PowerShell.
  2. CICD Tools – Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory.
  3. AWS Knowledge (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CFT)
  4. POC (Proof of Concept) implementation.
  5. SQL scripting.

  6. Windows OS knowledge (Registry Editor, Group Policies, Server Roles etc.)

  • Good to have skills:
  1. Troubleshooting skills.
  2. Microsoft HPC
  3. ITIL process understanding.
  4. Tools – SNOW, JIRA, Confluence.
  5. ETL tools – Informatica, TWS
  • Knowledge regarding hardware and software support with experience in windows environment support in Microsoft stack (Office, Visio, .NET, SQL Server Technologies – SQL databases).
  • Strong analytics experience for troubleshooting issues within diverse application environments (windows/Unix/Linux). Preferably Windows.
  • Excellent organization skills, team player with diverse team of vendors/employee location across the globe.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure taking end to end ownership of issues and driving resolution.
