Cluster Manager, gTech Ads LCS (English, Vietnamese)

These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As the gTech Ads LCS Cluster Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader, product representative, and unified services partner for Google's top Ads clients and Large Customer Sales (LCS) leadership in this dynamic, high-growth market.Your role represents the ultimate convergence of technical depth and media understanding, serving as a hybrid leader that bridges the Engagement Manager and Product Deployment Engineer functions. You will be responsible for unifying our technical consultation, product deployment, and media services into a single, high-impact market strategy. You will ensure our teams deploy exceptional product implementations.

  • Act as the main contact of gTech to Vietnam's LCS leadership, Sales Directors, and Product Specialist Leaders to integrate gTech into local sales and GTM strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic, media, and technical advisor to leadership and C-suite of Vietnam's top Ads clients, aligning with their business objectives and data strategies.
  • Own the localization and adoption of regional and global product activation strategies (Search+, YouTube+, Measurement and Platforms) to meet Vietnam's market and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of EMs and PDEs in Vietnam, providing line management and professional development.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end GTM execution and service delivery for premier customer segments in Vietnam, conducting regular business reviews with sales and client leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently, to communicate with clients and stakeholders in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building and deploying durable, privacy-safe integrations, system architectures, or proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Deep technical and commercial knowledge of the digital media, video, and advertising domain, with expertise in Search, YouTube, or Measurement and Platforms.
  • Solid technical understanding of advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Cloud, or comparable marketing platforms).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to adapt highly technical concepts to senior business leaders, sales directors, and C-level client executives.
