Cluster Sales Executive (Phuket)
The Clusrer Sales Executive will be responsible for proactively generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and converting potential business for Tribe Phuket Patong. This role involves a strong emphasis on outbound sales calls, client entertainment, site inspections, and strategic market development to drive revenue growth from FIT, leisure groups, and wholesale partners.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to MICE or Corporates in the hotel industry – MICE Preferential
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in the following systems desirable: Opera Cloud, Delphi FDC, and Lanyon/Cvent
- Fluent in English - spoken & written.
