Columbia Memorial Health, part of the Albany Medical Health System, in Hudson, NY has a full time Emergency Department Nocturnist Physician position available due to a retirement. Our Emergency Department group runs Columbia Memorial Hospital, Albany Medical Center and Glens Falls Hospital emergency departments. You will join an ED Director who has been in the role since 2016 and with the facility since 2007.Emergency Department Nocturnist Physician
Position details:
- Full time is considered 120 hours per month
- Shifts are 12 hours
- Option to work Daytime schedule
- Faculty appointment with Albany Medical College
- Direct easy transfers to AMC, the region’s largest trauma and tertiary center
- Enjoy 24-hour physician and APP coverage as well as scribes
- Ability to work at trauma center if interested
- Research and teaching opportunities available
Facility details:
- CMH ED sees 28,000 visits per year
- Major services including surgery, hospital, GI, pulmonary critical care, ICU, interventional radiology and ortho
- Only hospital for Columbia and Greene County
- Epic EMR throughout entire health system
