Job Description

Your Responsibilities

We are hiring for a Warehouse Associate with delivery driving responsibilities, supporting both daily warehouse operations and local customer deliveries. This role is primarily warehouse-focused (approximately 80%), with 20% of time spent on delivery route driving.

  • Receive, store, and distribute finished products, parts, and materials within the warehouse
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, including physical handling of materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Support a high-volume, customer-facing will-call environment, providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships
  • Operate company vehicles for local deliveries as needed (including non-DOT and DOT vehicles when qualified)
  • Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle when applicable
  • Perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the day
  • Utilize navigation tools and follow delivery routes efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work a set schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, overtime if needed
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

  • Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV) driving experience or authorization preferred, but not required

  • Ability to become DOT-qualified is a plus for flexibility in the role
  • Maintain an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and customer-facing environment
  • Flexibility to perform both warehouse and driving responsibilities

Compensation:

  • $24.00/hour for candidates qualified to operate a 10,000+ lb DOT vehicle
  • $19.00/hour for candidates not yet DOT-qualified

Travel Requirements

The majority of work is performed within the warehouse. Occasional time is spent operating a company vehicle for local deliveries.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
  • Ability to safely load/unload materials and perform physical warehouse duties

Compensation Range

$17.00 - $20.00

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
