Logan Health is hiring CNAs and providing everything you need to get there: paid classroom instruction, hands-on clinical experience, and full support to pass the Montana State CNA exam — all while earning a paycheck as a Logan Health employee from day one.
You'll be interviewed and hired into a specific unit and schedule before training begins, so you know exactly where you're headed, and your team is ready for you. Upon passing the Montana state written and skills exam, you'll step into your CNA role — fully certified, fully supported, and built for a long-term career at Logan Health.

Skilled Nursing – Brendan House
Available schedules: Days 3×12 (6:30am–7:00pm) | Nights 3×12 (6:30pm–7:00am) | Days 5×7.5 (6:30am–2:30pm) | Evenings 5×7.5 (2:30pm–10:30pm)
Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with residents during extended stays focused on recovery, rehabilitation, and daily living support

Acute Care Unit
Available schedules: Days 3×12 (7:00am–7:30pm) | Nights 3×12 (7:00pm–7:30am)
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-variety environment where every shift brings new patient presentations and clinical learning opportunities
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex, coordinated care
Build a broad clinical skill set that opens doors to advanced roles within nursing and beyond
Surgical / Oncology Unit
Available schedules: Days 3×12 (7:00am–7:30pm) | Nights 3×12 (7:00pm–7:30am)
Support patients through post-operative recovery
Develop specialized skills in a structured, precision-focused environment alongside experienced surgical unit nursing staff
Be part of a high-performing team where attention to detail and patient comfort directly impact outcomes

Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring
Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity
Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication

Training Schedule
Start Date: September 8, 2026 (Tuesday after Labor Day)
Training Dates: September 8th - October 2nd
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm for 3–4 weeks
Weeks 1–2 — Classroom (Didactic) & Skills Lab
Build a strong foundation in core CNA skills, patient care fundamentals, and essential healthcare knowledge.
Weeks 3–4 — Clinical Rotations & Acute Care Training
Gain hands-on experience at Logan Health facilities under the supervision of experienced clinical instructors. Trainees placed in Acute Care receive additional unit-specific training, simulations, and role-specific competencies.
Graduates are well-prepared to work in high-demand settings including medical units, surgical units, transitional care, and long-term care — with clear opportunities to grow within Logan Health.
Included in the course: Textbook and voucher for scrubs provided.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
