KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
· Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
· Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
· Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
· Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

1. CNC 加工相關實務經驗 5 年以上
2. 具現場管理經驗，曾負責多產線、多班別或部門層級管理者佳
3. 熟悉 銑床／車床／車銑複合，具其中兩項以上實務經驗
4. 能獨立識圖，理解尺寸、公差、基準、加工順序與品質管制重點
5. 熟悉常用量測工具操作，如游標卡尺、分厘卡、高度規、投影機、三次元等
6. 具首件確認、製程巡檢、品質異常判斷與量產穩定管控能力
7. 能依據產能、品質、交期狀況，進行現場資源調整與問題排除
8. 具良好溝通協調能力，能與工程、製造、品質及生管單位配合
9. 具責任感與抗壓性，能獨立帶領產線或部門運作
