CNC Mechanist ( Senior)

Job Title: CNC Mechanist (Senior)

Job Scope:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (milling/turning)

• Perform CNC programming and optimize machining processes

• Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications

• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for plastic materials

• Ensure high precision and quality of finished components

• Conduct inspection and quality control checks

• Train and guide junior machinists

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency

• Maintain machine performance and handle basic maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC machining (preferably plastic precision engineering)

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and setup

• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

• Good problem-solving and leadership skills

• Willing to work shifts if required (7am – 7pm; 11am –11pm)
