Alliance Manager
As an Alliance Manager, you will work with other Alliance Managers across the globe, helping MI (Mobility Infrastructure) grow by partnering with key industry leaders. Working together, you will address more of our customers' needs and solve more of their issues, which will be an important growth engine for our future.
- Developing new partner-linked pipeline
- Organize and lead partner meetings discussing joint target accounts, pipeline development, and regional market insights
- Drive regular MBR/QBR with key partners such as public cloud providers, AI/ML platform vendors, and GSIs
- Continuous creation of MI portfolio mindshare among partners with a value proposition, training, and workshops
- Facilitate the networking of sales and pre-sales leaders with Nokia and Alliances targeted at NAM (North America) accounts with MI offerings
- Track and drive partner-linked CRM opportunities with the corresponding sales leaders
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand the support needed by our partners
- Qualify the partner-linked pipelines and ensure a clear view of the pipeline.
- Enable partners
- Drive joint solution development and validation, collaborating with the Nokia engineering team
- Create and support the labs that drive joint solutions in the market
- Educate alliance partners on Nokia MI offerings
- Work with the partners on investment, discount, and certification
- Unblock any internal/external issues to progress and close the deals. Identify risks to the deals on an ongoing basis and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
- Represent NOKIA in a professional and ethical manner
- Travel to attend meetings and related business activities
If you have:
- 7+ years of experience in software technology, as a business development manager, product manager, or program manager
- Proven experience in software technology, as a business development manager, product manager, or program manager
- Cloud (e.g. AWS, Oracle, GCP, or Azure) platform experience with SaaS business model
- AI/ML background with industry-recognized platforms, data management, and value definition
- Excel in working in a matrix environment with a team player, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- Solid business acumen, such as building a differentiated joint solution, competitive analysis, or commercial management
- Ability to bring cross-functional teams together in support of building, marketing, selling, or managing cloud and AI/ML-based software solutions
- Experience in software compliance or certification process
- Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven, and a strong desire to succeed.
This is an on-site role for Sunnyvale, CA OR Ottawa, Canada. Only local candidates will be considered.
