Job Description:

Sales Co-Founder

you will spearhead the commercial engine of our apparel empire's new department. You are a strategic, relentless, and hands-on leader tasked with building a scalable sales infrastructure, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in the corporate uniform, custom merchandise, and retail apparel sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & Market Expansion

  • Drive hyper-growth in revenue by developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored for B2B corporate apparel and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) markets.
  • Lead the charge in acquiring key accounts, managing high-ticket B2B deals, and nurturing long-term brand partnerships.
  • Identify untapped markets, industry verticals, and regions to scale our client portfolio.

2. Sales Leadership & Team Building

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales organization (from Sales Development Reps to Account Executives).
  • Build and refine sales processes, CRM workflows, and incentive structures to maximize conversion rates and team performance.
  • Set clear regional and quarterly sales quotas, continuously tracking metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Design and Sourcing teams to ensure sales pipelines align with inventory capabilities, manufacturing constraints, and production lead times.
  • Provide the executive team with structured feedback on market demands, pricing, and assortment needs based on live customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales or business development, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales leadership capacity within the fashion, apparel, or uniform manufacturing industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in building and scaling a high-converting sales function, closing multi-year or six-figure corporate accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the apparel manufacturing supply chain, textile sourcing, and customization processes (embroidery, printing, etc.).
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, natural charisma, and a strategic mindset that balances short-term revenue needs with long-term brand equity.
