Coffee Maker/Cashier

Job Summary

Prepare and serve beverages, operate the POS system, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory to ensure smooth daily coffee shop operations and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages accurately to meet customer preferences
• Operate the POS system to process customer payments efficiently and accurately
• Take customer orders clearly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory management to support uninterrupted service
