We are seeking a responsible and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. The successful candidate will ensure smooth outlet operations, maintain service standards, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and work performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• Assist in sales planning and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper records.
• Train and guide staff on service procedures and company policies.

Requirements
