Job Summary:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>We are looking for a skilled Cognos T1 Developer with strong experience in Planning Analytics (TM1/Cognos T1) development, reporting, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on <\/span>expertise <\/span>in designing and developing cubes, rules, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, and dashboards while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective planning and reporting solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

  • Design, develop, and <\/span>maintain <\/span>Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop and enhance cubes, dimensions, rules, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Create and <\/span>maintain <\/span>reports, dashboards, and planning models<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform data integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Optimize <\/span>TM1 models for performance and scalability<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support month\-end/year\-end planning and reporting activities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide <\/span>timely <\/span>resolutions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Business, QA, and Infrastructure teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation practices
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Exposure to ETL and data warehousing concepts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in financial planning and budgeting processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with scripting and automation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      Education Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

      • BE/BTech/BCA/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
