We are looking for a detail\-oriented and highly organised Cold\-Room Administrator (Temp) to support our dynamic packhouse operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of data captured within our ERP system, directly supporting seamless field\-to\-customer processes.

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Ensure all data captured in the ERP system is accurate, complete, and up to date
<\/span><\/li>- Perform data verification and reconciliation across multiple sources
<\/span><\/li>- Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances efficiently
<\/span><\/li>- Generate intercompany sales orders in line with operational requirements
<\/span><\/li>- Compile and deliver reports and insights to support decision\-making
<\/span><\/li>- Create work orders for pallet building and assign pallet IDs
<\/span><\/li>- Support smooth packhouse operations and direct customer deliveries
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain strong alignment between system processes and physical stock movements<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
<\/span><\/li>- Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a cold\-chain, packhouse, or high\-pressure environment
<\/span><\/li>- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite or similar)
<\/span><\/li>- Experience managing large volumes of data
<\/span><\/li>- A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous)<\/span>

<\/div>Technical Skills<\/b>
<\/div>- Advanced MS Excel and strong computer literacy
<\/span><\/li>- ERP system proficiency (Netsuite or similar)
<\/span><\/li>- Strong analytical and problem\-solving ability
<\/span><\/li>- Solid understanding of inventory, stock reconciliation, and traceability
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of cold\-chain/packhouse operations<\/span>
